Three questions to start with

How often will you move?
Daily travel favors an easy moving routine. Longer stays can make a detachable trailer or a larger interior more useful.

Start with the bed, kitchen, bathroom, work area, and gear you will use. Decide which functions can share a surface.

Where must the whole rig fit?
Compare bumper-to-bumper length, width with mirrors, and finished height. Include the tow vehicle and hitch for a trailer.
