Toyota HiAce van interior dimensions

Toyota does not sell the HiAce in the US, but it is a common camper van base in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and many other countries. The current H300 has been sold since 2019. Its super-long-wheelbase van comes only with the high roof. The H200 was first sold in 2004 and is still sold new in Japan. These figures are for its long body with the standard roof.

Length is the flat floor behind the front seats.

Common questions

Which side is the sliding door on?+

In right-hand-drive countries such as Australia, New Zealand and Japan, the main sliding door is on the left, the kerb side. Some vans have a second sliding door on the right.

How much space do insulation and paneling take?+

The finished figures on this page allow about 1 inch per surface: each side wall, the ceiling, the floor, and the front wall. The rear is the door. A cold-climate build with thicker insulation takes more. In the planner you can choose the build-out level, or enter your own measurements.
